Unearthing Connections

In class, we worked on unearthing connections between the classes within our major. As my program has many components, I was able to connect my courses into two groups. The left side is more of my exercise science type of courses, to help me become a personal trainer in the future. On the right side, those courses are all business topics to help me when I eventually open my own gym. Both sides equally connect to my future profession, as these are all skills I will need in order to succeed. It was fun to look back at some of my old classes and reflect on how they helped me to be where I am today. I was able to connect lots of information I have learned over the past few years, including my ability to be able to intruct a group through a workout, work with people of different abilities, and also be able to simulate running a business both on the marketing and management side.
